TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES – CERTIFICATE IN PHARMACY AND DIPLOMA IN COMMUNITY HEALTH NURSING 
Malawi College of Health Sciences is pleased to announce training opportunities in Certificate in Pharmacy and Diploma in Community Health Nursing in the 2019/2020 Academic Year.

Admission Requirements
i. Certificate in Pharmacy

Applicants must have a Malawi School Certificate of Education (MSCE) or its equivalent with credit passes in English and any two of the following: Mathematics, Biology, and Physical Science. Candidates must also have an aggregate of not more than 36 points in MSCE or its equivalent grades.
Mode of delivery: Normal
Duration: 2 Years

ii. Diploma in Community Health Nursing
Applicants must be qualified Nursing Midwifery Technicians with a minimum of 3 years experience and currently registered with the Nurses and Midwives Council of Malawi. Applicants must also have a Malawi School Certificate of Education or its equivalent with 6 credits which should include English, and three (3) science subjects (i.e Biology, Physical Science/or Physics, Chemistry and any other science subject) plus any 2 other subjects. If Mathematics is not a credit, it must be a strong pass of seven (7).

Mode of delivery: Normal
Duration: 12 Months

Prospective candidates should send an application that should include an application letter, a detailed Curriculum Vitae with valid telephone numbers, Deposit Slips and certified copies of certificates. Candidates applying for Diploma in Community Health Nursing should apply through their Employer/Heads of Departments and also include a copy of a valid Registration Certificate with Nurses and Midwives Council of Malawi.
