Mrs Neggie Mndolo: PRINCIPAL – BLANTYRE CAMPUS
The Principal is the head of a college campus. He is responsible for providing leadership in administrative and academic functions for smooth running of the campus. The office of the Principal coordinates preparation, implementation and monitoring of campus budget and business plans. Furthermore, the Principal is responsible for the following; taking a leading role in recruitment and selection of staff at campus, conduct performance appraisals for members of staff at campus, maintenance of campus resources, coordinating and supervising the formulation as well as delivery of academic programmes of the campus.
The Principal also monitors and evaluates campus activities, initiates development, implementation and evaluation of curricula of different disciplines taught at the campus, authorises purchasing of goods and services and payments and takes a leading role in resource mobilisation. In addition, the Principal supervises contracts at campus level and coordinates examination processes.
