The Office of the Head of Quality Assurance serves as the guardian of MCHS's academic reputation and institutional effectiveness. The head leads a dedicated team committed to ensuring that every program, process, and service at the College meets rigorous quality benchmarks. Curriculum Review

Leading periodic curriculum evaluations to ensure relevance, currency, and alignment with healthcare industry demands and emerging trends in health sciences.

Academic Audits

Conducting comprehensive reviews of teaching, learning, and assessment practices across all campuses to maintain consistency and quality standards.

Student Feedback Systems

Implementing and analyzing student satisfaction surveys to drive continuous improvement in service delivery and learning experiences.

Policy Development

Crafting institutional policies that embed quality assurance principles into every facet of college operations, from admissions to graduation.

Capacity Building

Organizing workshops and training sessions to equip staff with quality enhancement tools, methodologies, and best practices in higher education.
