Overview

The 2024-2029 plan introduces a Balanced Score Card approach with perspectives, objectives, initiatives, action plans, and monitoring and evaluation frameworks to ensure effective implementation and performance appraisal.

Performance Appraisal

Part of performance management of an employee including ability, needs, resources to achieve the objectives of the strategic plan. Provide objective information regarding the performance of an individual by appreciating the capabilities and the need of an employee. Identify the skills or knowledge gap and provide solutions.

For Managers

Have performance appraisal form ready for employees. Formulate Key Performance Indicators from the individual's job description and relate to the strategic plan objectives and initiatives.

For Employees

Align individual goals with strategic objectives, track performance against KPIs, identify training needs, and participate in regular performance reviews.
